These terms describe the general conditions for using the Feelion GPS tracking application and associated web service. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
1. Service purpose
Feelion provides tools to view supported GPS trackers, location history, alerts, geofences and related device information. Feature availability depends on tracker model, configuration, mobile or web version and connectivity.
2. Authorized use
You are responsible for using trackers only on vehicles, assets or with people where you have the necessary permission and legal authority. Do not use tracking to stalk, harass or monitor people unlawfully.
3. Accounts and security
Keep account credentials confidential, provide accurate information when seeking support and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Certain device-binding changes may require support verification.
4. Connectivity and accuracy
Location updates depend on GPS satellite reception, power and cellular network availability. Indoor conditions, underground locations and coverage gaps may delay or prevent updates. Feelion does not guarantee continuous accuracy or availability and should not be used as a sole life-safety or emergency response system.
5. Device data service
For eligible Feelion GPS trackers sold with included data, compatible cellular data service is provided for the lifetime of the device without a separate monthly subscription. Device availability remains subject to model support, applicable coverage and reasonable service conditions. This does not promise perpetual cellular network operation independent of the physical device.
6. Account deletion and data
You can remove a tracker or permanently delete your Feelion account. Details are available on our Account Deletion and Privacy Policy pages.
7. Acceptable use and service changes
Do not disrupt the platform, bypass access controls or interfere with other accounts. We may make reasonable updates to software, reliability and security features.
8. Warranty and legal rights
Any hardware warranty or statutory consumer rights applicable to your purchase remain subject to the relevant purchase terms and law. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
